LIJIANG GLASS APPEARED AGAIN AT 2022 INDIA ZAK GLASS TECHNOLOGY EXPO.

The Indian Zak Glass Technology Expo 2022 will take place at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, and will focus on bringing out new products and technologies that will change the future. The 19th edition of this technology and exhibition will be based on glass production, processing, technology, and products. On this platform, industry experts will exhibit state-of-the-art products and technologies. About 230 brands throughout the products will gather in one place and will showcase the best solutions to the Indian Glass fraternity.

As one of the most important exhibitions for the glass industry in South Asia and India, the Zak Glass Technology Expo will help the visitors gain extensive knowledge about the know-how of the industry, the local market, and the trade media. This technology exhibition will hold high-profile international conferences and will cover the changing trends in the respective industries.

LIJIANG Glass and ZAK Glass Expo. have been old friends for a long time. Since we participated in the exhibition, our company has been showing the precise quality of LIJIANG Glass's automatic equipment and the excellent service to customers in the Indian glass industry and has received positive comments from local customers. There has established a branch company in New Delhi India in 2019, and four local staff are dedicated to serving local customers in the Eastern-South market.

At 2022 India's ZAK Glass Technology Expo, we displayed Automatic Insulated Glass Butyl Extruder Machine. This machine attracted many fan users in the global market with high efficiency, stability, and energy saving as three highlights, including ART-N Glass, Balaji building technologies ltd, and shiv shakti float glasses. The working speed of this type of Insulating Glass Butyl Extruder Coating Machine can achieve 57 m/min, which machine can meet the needs of rectangular and arc frames. It would become the best choice for automatically producing the rail-way train's window and the special doors and windows for freezers

At the exhibition, we also displayed Insulated Glass Sealant Spreading Machine with the original imported pneumatic motor of South Korea -HASCO as the main power. This type of machine looks simple but the cooperation between each component is particularly important. If the running-in is not good, it is easy to leak glue and leak pressure to bring great trouble to the production. As a manufacturing team with more than 20 years of production and development experience, we repeatedly experimented to provide the most stable sealant spreading machine to global users.

Limited by the exhibition booth area, we still have a lot of products that cannot be all displayed one by one at the exhibition. In particular, we have had a 3300*7000 mm jumbo-size Insulated Glass Production Line with a double pressing section since 2020. In the past two years, they have won the reputation of customers at home and abroad with stable performance and strong technical forces. We also sincerely hope that in the Indian market, the jumbo-size IG Line cooperation projects can be reached as soon as possible to promote the development of the Indian glass industry.
