Welche Defekte können beim Waschen und Trocknen von Gläsern auftreten?
(1) Kantenbruch: Die Übertragungs- und Klemmsystemprobleme führen dazu, dass das Glas in der Waschmaschine kollidiert.
(2) Kratzer: Unter der Waschmaschine liegen Glasscherben und während des Betriebs werden gestapelte Blätter gestapelt.
(3) Unrein: Der Wassertank wird nicht rechtzeitig gewechselt und die Wasserqualität ist nicht sauber; auf der Bürste ist zu viel Glaspulver verschmutzt; der Lufttrocknungsabschnitt ist nicht gefiltert oder der Filter ist nicht sauber und der Staubgehalt ist hoch.
(4) Das Blasen ist nicht trocken: Das Luftvolumen und der Luftdruck sind nicht ausreichend und das Luftmesser oder der Blaswinkel sind nicht geeignet.
Wie kann verhindert werden, dass das Glas in der horizontalen Gläserspülmaschine stecken bleibt?
(1) Legen Sie kein Glas ein, das die Dickengrenze der Waschmaschine und des Trockners überschreitet.
(2) Beim Einlegen des Films sollte der Abstand zwischen den Gläsern groß genug sein.
(3) Reinigen Sie keinen Bereich, der kleiner ist als die von der Ausrüstung und der Walzenbürste vorgegebene Mindestgröße. Wenn das Glas klemmt oder anormal ist, halten Sie die Maschine sofort an, um es zu beseitigen.
(4) Beim Waschen von schmalem und langem Glas oder Glas mit kleinen Größen sollte die lange Seite entlang der Vorwärtsrichtung platziert werden.
